different sizes and styles of Sample Cups along with Thin-Film Sample Supports
which are all manufactured on-site. This includes our exclusive
SpectroMembrane® Thin-Film carrier frames available with a variety of Thin-Film
material such as Etnom®, Prolene®, Mylar® and more, in a range of thicknesses.
Our line of Calibration and Check Standards will enable you to routinely
maintain consistent results.
Chemplex® offers a line of
Sample Grinders for you to easily reduce your particle sizes down to the
sub-micron level. Our table top SpectroPress® Pellet Press line is available in
different forces to accommodate any laboratory’s needs. Automated Fluxers are
available in Gas or Electric to consistently prepare fused beads for XRF and
solutions for ICP, AA analysis. High quality platinum ware is available for any
Fluxer including our PREP program to replace unusable platinum ware with new
ones at a fraction of the cost.

products are manufactured in-house at our facility in Palm City, Florida, USA
with high quality raw materials to ensure superior products.

Chemplex products are
manufactured "in-house" at our facility in Palm City, Florida, USA,
with the exception of fusion machines and related platinum ware. Major
production equipment includes machinery for: plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous
metal fabrication; precision honing; plastic injection molding; metal stamping;
thin-film conversion; parts separation, sorting and packaging. In instances
where the tooling and machinery necessary to manufacture a new product may not
exist, our engineering staff is charged with the responsibility of designing
and fabricating the production equipment.
